Works great for all those Dell 8940 deals periodically listed on SD. Pretty much plug n'play.

That said, it's still available on Amazon for $29.99 - $2 coupon = $27.99. Mediocre savings from Newegg. Amazon's easy return policy may be worth the few extra bucks.

bought 2 of the same black & white and also the low profile one. works great. of course it was cheaper last year too. i believe it was around $18. this cooler is just as good as the gammax or the 212

I bought the Vetroo U6, you know they literally stopped selling it within weeks after it was first introduced because it was manufactured defectively and made poor contact with the CPU? Mine had the same problem, and the CPU would seem fine during idle and burn to a crisp under load. They just started selling it again on amazon and Newegg a couple months after it was pulled, buyer beware...
