I didn't see this posted anywhere. Sorry if it's a repost.

Received an email yesterday about my Starbucks rewards prepaid Chase Visa card "going away." I'm going to miss the fact that my stars would not expire because I had this card.

From the email:
"The Starbucks® Rewards Visa® Prepaid Card is going away on November 13, 2021. And as we bid farewell to the prepaid card we wanted to thank you for your time as a loyal cardholder with 400 Bonus Stars to your Starbucks® Rewards account."

"You'll receive 400 Bonus Stars to your Starbucks® Rewards account by 10/7"

"Your 400 Bonus Stars are redeemable for up to 6 months after your prepaid card closes so don't forget to use them to get any item in any tier"

"Although your prepaid card will be closed on 11/13, you can still earn Stars with other cards or payment methods when you scan your app or pay in-store"

I had no idea this card even existed. I maybe would've gotten it, for no other reason then to prevent stars from expiring.

I can confirm this email from Chase. I received the 400 stars in my account today. Sadly, I'll miss the card as it gave you the incentive of your stars in the Starbucks app does not expire. I got this card, because of last year promo in December free drink. Now that the card is ended. I wonder will the stars we continue to earn or have earned before, expire like it used to be. I remembered after I got the Chase prepaid card I link to my Starbucks card/app. I got a message that my stars does not have an expire set of date so I was in no rush to use it. ~Thanks.~
