I payed $150 brand new on ebay and got the riser cable kit free from NZXT in a matter of days.
People can be upset at NZXT all they want for what they did, but the fact is, this case is unbeatable at $150-200 for an SFF PC case. The cooler and PSU alone are pretty much worth that. The case itself is quite good, however it runs hot. I recommend getting a replacement front panel, either wood or metal, with holes so it can "breath" better.
It is super easy to build in, barely feels like an SFF PC but is smaller than most other SFF cases I've used.
If you hate NZXT, sure, skip it. If you don't care and want a great SFF case now that the issues are fixed, for a great price, consider getting one.
WOW, this is cheap. I pay $300 last year for this case and now the PCIe cable is fixed. The limit for this case is the 140mm cooler, no path to upgrade, and CPU thermal limit/OC. The case uses a PCIe 3.0 cable and you will likely take an avg. ~3% hit in FPS or more depends on the game engine (PCIe can be upgraded to PCIe 4.0 and will cost you an extra $85 via Amazon). Also, I found adding a 2 x 120mm or 140mm PWM fan in exhaust config in the back of the case with a zip tie will help reduce/solve the heating issue in the case while gaming (no one will look at the back of your case, maybe the wall). It is a better mod than those people posted online with a custom front panel, 2 x120mm GPU side panel fan, or 2/3 x 40mm fan in the rear GPU slot.
Plus, the new hotness in small form factor case right now is Revolt 3[hyte.com] $130 with Free Shipping. You can pick which PSU and AIO cooler use needed to depend on the spec of your computer.
The $350 MSRP is laughable, but $200 is a good price for the H1. It comes with a rebranded 650W Seasonic SFX PSU -- that PSU alone currently retails for $130+.

That's enough to not support this shitty company. How long did they drag their feet before they did anything?! Trying to send plastic screws as a resolution, GTFO! Go look at Fractal's response when they found 1-2 incidents on one of their cases, they recalled their stuff IMMEDIATELY!

So what? I don't support NZXT for what they did, but you think that means I'm not going to buy their case for over 50% off because it's a great deal? I don't want to "support" 99% of companies I buy stuff from, but I'm not making my life worse because of it. That's the stupidest mentality I've ever heard.

I'm not sure the pcie cable is fixed. If you followed gamers nexus on it they sent him a diff replacement sample then what they were shipping as replacements

Ik they have 3-4 versions to the PCIe fix.
For the most part, it is fixed, but we are just too picky about it. NZXT did send me a plastic screw set and a brand new fixed drill hole on PCIe cable show on NEXUS youtube.
If you worry then buy a PCIe 4.0 from Amazon or a different case or not buy at all and save a lot of money.
At least they are not BS like Gigabyte PSU/ now the Blow-Up Chair LOL.....

You wouldn't want a 3080 in here honestly. It runs pretty toasty all things considered, plus it's too small to fit a lot of 3080s.
