Micro Center has refurbished LG OLED77CXAUA for $1,999. I went into my local store and was told they are refurbished by LG but I have seen on another forums where this is disputed. Also worth noting that this does not have the normal LG warranty since it is refurbished. Instead of the 1year you get 90days.
Burn in is overstated. I've left static images on my C8 up for 5+ hours. No issues, and that's 2 models old.
Biggest question is, anyone have any issues with these refurbished units?
Agreed, the burn in fear is a but overstated- (i am an original adopter of OLED w a b7 series.
Do you understand how Burn in works? Unless this is a store display and on a static menu 24/7 for months...and the burn in settings are turned off. Smh

As much as it's great deal, I am not sure how confident I would be with refurbished already-prone-to-burn-in-OLED.

I would not feel comfortable with only 90 days

You can get a micro center warranty. I don't remember what all is included in it though.
Except the LG cx is actually brighter than the c1 with pretty much the same design only the remote and os layout are different so
