This thing is GARBAGE!
I have 6 set that I picked up wayy back from the lowes clearance deal and realize shortly after why they were on clearance.
Plz do yourself a favor and stay far far away!

All products are untrustworthy Easily one of the worst company's in regards to customer service. Look at their BBB rating of "F".

I hoped the company would get a class action lawsuit over these things but it never happened. The switches are AWFUL. They are pivoting away from them and into digital photo frames.

I can't say enough bad things about this company. My dealings with them caused a lot of stress.

I have one - the first generation light switch.
I could not get it to work with the latest version of their app.
I upgraded my smartphone and no longer had the old smartphone with an older version of their app.
I got the Switch Bot now.

Sorry you had such a bad experience, but I'm still not sure what the problems you had were. To be clear, I'm avoiding this product, but your reply is really vague on the exact issues.
