Note: If you buy barebone without Ram and SSD, you won't get Windows 10 License. If you buy any of the options with SSD and Ram then Windows 10 Pro License will be provided.
Regardless of the purchase options, Linux variants are available for free, which will run on this computer.
Ubuntu, LinuxMint, Debian, Fedora, CentOS, openSuse, etc.
So far Windows 11 has been a mess for AMD (Intel and MS worked hard to make Alder Lake efficient, and left AMD on the side), and Win 10 has been fine, and will be supported for a while longer.

I think the Cache latency issue for AMD processors has already been fixed in the latest Windows Beta and it will be release soon as Windows update.

Enjoying Feren OS right now, and was pleasantly surprised at how well it implements bootloaders. I have Linux Mint on an external SSD via USB and the bootloader menu is flawless.
The author of Feren provides a version of Firefox (only if you install via the Web Browser Manager, and NOT the Flatpak version) that loads without all the 'spyware' Firefox has recently added. This author is quite the standout.

I can't review the link since I'm at work. What's the TLDR on it?
The HX90 (this is the HM90) advertised "liquid metal" but there wasn't actually any on the CPU die (they used traditional paste). Troublingly, there was liquid metal splattered around the interior of the case. Unclear if that's the case for this model as well since the HM90 also advertises liquid metal. HX90 also advertised carbon fiber in the chassis but was straight up textured plastic. HM90's page does not appear to make any claims about using carbon fiber.
Previously Minisforums products have been solid, it's unfortunate to see the liquid metal situation play out this way. It'd be one thing if you could just dismiss it as false advertising, but if you receive a unit with liquid metal splattered around the inside (again, it's unclear if that also affects this model) you could risk serious shorting or component death issues.
