Log into your Microsoft account on your PC and go to the Windows Store and look. I have many games I didn't know I had on PC in there.

Yes, if you already own KI through the Xbox you can download it through the Windows Store and play it on PC. However, since this is redeemable through Steam someone can't buy this and then download it on Xbox.
