I think it's a good deal. I got this set for $110 separately over the past few weeks but had a make a trip to direct tools. $30 each for the sander and jigsaw at direct tools. $50 for the router. This deal is less hassle and free shipping.
Personally I don't see the benefit of getting a cordless sander unless you have very minimal sanding to do.
