Steer clear of the clear isolates. Unless you got 10mins for the foam to dissipate.

It does foam a lot when you mix it! I've had the Lemonade and Strawberry flavors. Lemonade was good but the Strawberry tasted very "chemically". I like these as a lighter option for the spring and summer. Their clear whey is A LOT more expensive, so it's up to you if you want to try it. I don't use this stuff on the regular.

Does anyone know if this flavor is any good? TIA.

I tried the strawberry laces flavor and loved it! It foams like crazy, but settles in less than 5 minutes. In for 3. This is expensive protein, Still a great deal for what it is and you won't find a lower calorie option for protein.

The dragonfruit one is pretty good. It foams a lot but dissipates in like 5 minutes. Usually just mix it and leave in fridge. Love this clear whey (fruit juice) rather than drinking the regular protein powder (milkshakes) all the time
