They ground up the discarded stems of ghost peppers from other restaurants so they can legally call these "ghost pepper" nuggets.

Not at all spicy, and the chicken tastes like fried bologna. Somehow even lower quality than their regular, we-can't-give-these-away-because-they're-so-bad chicken nuggets.

I don't mind BK chicken nuggets, they're not that great but tolerable. These Ghost pepper ones I thought I would enjoy but no. I ate one without sauce and it just ruined my pallete, they are not spicy, I just think they taste bad. I love spicy food but these are not it, the regular spicy ones taste a lot better.
