These do indeed have 5 layers but they are incredibly thinner than any other 5-layer brand I've tried. Good price though.

This exact brand/seller had a lightning deal very similar in cost. I purchased a couple and they cancelled my purchase. I'm biting again but I won't be surprised if they cancel again. Good luck!
