This is a great value at Lowes. I love their cordless tools and have most of them.

I had the same issue. I ended up changing the store i was shopping at a few times and was able to add items to cart for local store pick-up, saving on that ridiculous truck delivery charge. Not sure exactly what i did but it did eventually let me get it locally for pick-up at a later date. The free item i was getting was going to be shipped to store.
