When Costco has a price ending in 97 instead of 99, it's a limited time or limited stock offering. It is a Windows 10 16T90P-K.AAB7U1. The Windows 11 16T90P-K.AAE7U1 is currently $1,299.99 at Costco in store through 12/24/2021. The hardware specifications for the two are identical. About the stylus - it is included with both. You might not see the note about the stylus on the deal's page depending on your browser. It doesn't show up in my version of the Edge browser. It does appear in Firefox.

It's not an everyday price because it doesn't end with 99. When a Costco price ends with 97, it is a limited time or limited stock offering.
Because this deal LG gram 16" 2-in-1 Touchscreen $1300 @ Costco (slickdeals.net) is expired and had 5 thumbs up. It is reasonable to post something with a price equal to or less than an expired deal people liked.
Because if purchased with a Costco credit card, total warranty is 4 years.
Because if purchased on Amazon, you pay $150.02 more and get half as much storage.
Because if purchased at Newegg, you pay $500.02 more.
Because it is a 16T90P-K.AAB7U1 and the essentially identical 16T90P-K.AAE7U1 is currently $1,699.99 at Costco.
Because when it was posted on Slickdeals at $1399.99 people thought it was a great deal.

First of all, the listing clearly says 16GB RAM. And this was all hashed out the last time the deal came up (someone linked it above). I think you can argue it both ways but for me, this combo was a good deal.

I've tried two 17 inch gram laptops from costco from the past 2 years. Always ended up returning them within 3 weeks. They all have heating issues which will make you mad and the screen is glossy. I would not waste money buying these.

I've had one of these for about 6 months now...love everything about it...best computer (by far) I've owned...and I (well, my company) paid over 1600 for it

Loving my Gram 16. Doesn't get hot in my everyday use. The screen is gorgeous but brightness is only okay. Great fit and finish. Speakers are decent on a hard surface, but I wouldn't recommend listening to anything against a lap or blanket.

Browsing site are the most minimal of tasks, like a chromebook(!), and that heated to an uncomfortable level? At Microcenter the display models always have their screens doing some demo, but the bottoms didn't feel warm. Then, again, I don't really know what they are doing.

What did you end up buying instead?

Thank you! I missed out when this was on sale at the 1299.99 price, just bought one at this price! Going to hold it through BF to see if any better deals (not necessarily on this model) come up. Gotta love the 90 day return policy
