Installed the Target 65" Element deal and Walmart 55" TCL deal using these mounts this past week. Picked up like 5 of them during the spring when they were on in store clearance for around $13 each. These are solid mounts. I would suggest these even if you don't want to used the full motion feature as being able to pull the TV away from the wall really helps when connecting devices such as cable boxes and game consoles. These are rated for up to 120lbs just make sure you installing the lag blots into studs! DO NOT use the included anchors if you are installing on drywall studs as those are meant for concreate walls.

As I only buy one of these every 5 years or so... Do these have those 'quick latch' mounts? Meaning, can I lift the TV myself after installing the VESA mounts onto the TV, lift it on my own, and then have the VESA mounts 'grab on' to the actual wall mount (that will already be secured onto the wall)? That way I can lift it and put it into place, then have someone else just hold the TV in place while I secure the VESA to the wall mount.
Hope that made sense. Mounting a 65" TV with an older person and I don['t want them to feel at any point they have to bear the weight of the TV.
I've used ones like this a few times. They aren't quick latch but probably meet your need. You screw a hook bracket onto the back of the tv. Then you lift and hook the tv on to the bracket you've attached to the wall. It hangs loosely. Then there are a couple screws you screw in from the bottom that secure it so it's not loose and can't fall off any more. Can be one with one person. Having someone eyeball the hook while you lift and hang helps though.
