2560 x 1440 Resolution (VA Panel)
165Hz Refresh Rate
1ms Motion Blur Reduction (5ms response time)
NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible (Spec sheet indicates FreeSync as well)
Height Adjustable Stand
Specifications [costco.com]
This looks to be the same price for a similar model at Walmart, that one indicates only FreeSync compatibility while this lists both on the spec sheet (I wouldn't be surprised if both models support both options).
Seems like a decent deal for a budget gaming monitor.

Not really. I just ordered this for gaming but I also have a Lenovo C32q-20 (same size and resolution) that's been on sale for $180 (currently $210 on Amazon).

This is better than the Lenovo, I have both. This has HDR , 166hz and height adjustable. Definitely worth the price difference .

Yeah, I read about this also, and when I looked at it in store I did notice that there seems to be extra space between the display and the front layer. Although personally, I don't think it would bother me much. Going to give it a shot and see what happens. One of the good thing about Costco is the easy returns!
If you're a non-gamer, go for the IPS one. I compared both monitors in store a few weeks ago and the IPS had better colors over the gaming one (VA panel).
