Be careful not to get virtual or printed gc. I have about $400 in gc from lowes that I got 2-3 yrs ago that I didn't use and now they all show $0. They took my money

Yeah you definitely need to use them asap. I also had an issue with a $100 email gift card flag for a fraudulent purchase and had to wait like 2 weeks for them to mail me a refund gift card after it was "investigated".

I don't see this on my Chase card, when checking out the gift card redemption area. Can you walk me through it, as I don't see many details on the initial post?
