Since the link in your OP doesn't work for me, I'd suggest removing it and just link to Paypal or Discover, whichever one sent you the email.
And note in your post that it was an offer via email and may be targeted. And add YMMV to the title, to help stop some of the thumbs down from users that didn't realize it's a targeted offer.
