$1200 $900
A pretty decent deal considering the respect that the gram lineup has.
Probably the only thing not in favor of this deal is the soldered 8GB ram and the extremely reflective (glossy) display.

The whole point of gram is to get a premium laptop in almost every way let that be build quality, screen, performance, so on and so forth. Consumers are present in every category, 14" 15" 16" 17", etc. This way LG can cater to a wider audience.
Not a lot of 14" laptops have been so positively reviewed at this (current) price. You can view it's score and review on notebook check (if it's something you consider).
This laptop has excellent battery life, performance, port selection, build quality and even screen (excluding the glossiness).
This has a better screen, but all other metrics are better on the Costco deal, including price ($760 vs $900), storage (512 GB vs 256 GB), and RAM (16 GB vs 8 GB).
Unless I'm missing something?

I do wish that it were standard practice to include laptop weight when posting, because for some of us, it's one of the most important specs.

I apologize. I'll add it to the description.
