these are 14% efficient panels, with a $5 PWM charge controller and a $30 square wave inverter. reasonable price per watt for new/small quantities, but you can do much better on Craigslist/eBay with used panels
Would this be a better deal? If you go to the Nature Power store they have a few panels on sale for 60-70% off. Looks like they're just approaching ebay prices, but at least I can easily return to a store near me.
depends on what you want to do. I'm pretty spoiled by 10¢/watt older used residential panels on Craigslist.
if you need something super small and don't want to just oversize (or the used market is lacking in your area) then these might make sense for you.
the panels you linked (without the controller/inverter) work out to 71¢/watt which is a normal retail price.
here's a 110w panel/controller/tiny inverter for $123: https://www.homedepot.com/p/NATUR.../311140967
but again, the controller is worth next to nothing (see alibaba for 30a PWM) and those inverters are probably worse than harbor freight quality.
it all depends on what you want to do. keeping a car battery topped up? trying to run a mini fridge? etc?

EDIT: ignore those absolutely bullish!t MSRPs
Wow, that is cheap! I've never seen anything less than like $1.50/W on Craigslist where I live. If you have any other website recs for reputable sellers of cheap panels, even used, I'm all ears.
For RV/camper build so size and weight at more important to me than saving every penny. And yeah, I know those MSRPs are total bullshit.
