I logged into my XFinity Rewards account, and had on offer to purchase Minions "on us". I clicked to redeem the offer, and immediately received an email saying I had purchased the film for $12.99 and received a second email saying my account had been credited $13.99. The movie is Movies Anywhere eligible, as it shortly after showed up in my MA account.
Unfortunately, when I tried to click CLAIM on the promo, the website gave me: "We're sorry, Looks like this reward isn't available to you at this time."

I had the same problem with the previous two movie freebies too (In the Heights, Knives Out). I have only just have internet service through Comcast, so never figured out how (or if) to get the promo to work.

I headed over to their forums, DMing with someone for 1 hour, and the agent only DMed 5 message back within the 1 hour with helpless message.
now it makes me wonder if the $100 mobile reward are actually gonna work or not.
