Panda Express has gone downhill, very very fast. Not that it was great food before but they are so severely understaffed (presumably because they won't pay a living wage) and out of items. Last time I went I had to order my 3rd choice and it was burnt to a literal crisp/dust. The chicken snapped apart into dust. They refused to refund saying "we don't do refunds" and when I called corporate they said I would have to bring it back to the store for a new one, lmao.
So tl;dr fark Panda Express, don't give them business.
My nearby location has an ad at the entrance that they pay around 70k for managers... Not bad

Unskilled jobs do not equal living wage? Huh? You're misusing "!=" but I think I can understand what you are attempting to say. That's a pretty shitty way of thinking bud! Why do you think the government should subsidize shitty employers who can't pay their employees a living wage? These businesses deserve to fail if they are dependent on worker exploitation and handouts from the government.
Has anyone else ever had their gift card balance stolen? Their gift cards have no security at all (no PIN).
I guarantee you this happens, specially with pin less cards. Even with pin cards, they still can be scooped by automation. I have seen Panda Express gift cards on the black market, but not in abundance as of late for market trends.
Dead? I thought this went through 12/31 when I saw it on their home page. Now I can't find it.
What a fiasco.
Several phone calls to Panda and their GC affiliate CashStar pointing fingers at each other just to learn (since I didn't see this on SD) that there was a promotion that ended on 12/13, then another from 12/20 to 12/25.
Did anyone see expiration dates/qualification periods in any of their emails or the landing page on their website where you give them your money?
Sorry my rant doesn't help your situation, angel. But maybe it can help anyone else in the same boat as me who purchased between promotions and never received the bonus that was promised.
Also, for reference:
Panda Express company: 1-800-877-8988
Panda Gift Cards: 1-833-299-4875
