Go get the Bushacre 3 for like $20 more. Has actual cushion and support, looks the exact same. Also more durable laces.

Came here to say the same. These shoes are terrible. They're 100% for show while you sit down at work. And hope it's not winter and your company is cheap on the heat cause there is 0 warmth out of them.

Thanks OP! Listing says true to size but reviews mention ordering .5/1 size down so I plan on ordering both and taking advantage of the free returns for the one that doesn't fit as well

Mine were 1-down. They do take some time to break in but afterwards they fit like a glove.
