I found this deal recently when I walked into the store.
Placed an order for it and it should be available for pickup by next Tuesday or Wednesday.
The original price is $1899 but they are offering for $1824.99. Seems like a good deal and feels like helping local. I can't find this machine elsewhere in stock.
Purchased AppleCare+ to get this offer.
Similar when you place an order with 1TB storage will be getting at $1999.
Call at 512-419-7071 to place a product on hold and then you can walk to the store to place the order.

OP's deal requires $169 AppleCare+ purchase on top of it, and they only have one store in Austin, TX and requires local pickup.
