a couple of months ago they have a $300gc after 90 to 120 days on most of their phones. now they have $200 in bill credits. i know you can't bring back the past....and hey if this works for you.....

If this is a "Black Friday" deal, definitely meh in comparison with their older offers.

Also note - if you have a 5G phone with Xfinity, there appears to be some glitch with activating the "HD pass" if you want to stream high quality video; some users have reported that the 5G phones aren't able to activate those; only 4G LTE phones seem to be able to use them

I believe the 5G plans include the higher priority now. Not sure if that's just when you're connected to 5G.

Where do you see 22gb of priority data? The pages still reflect 20gb of u throttled data but nothing says it's priority.

I have two 5g unlimited lines and HD pass isn't an option for either one. A user on Reddit said that HD pass is included for 5g lines at no extra cost, for what it's worth.

Criteria for unlocking your phone
  • If you need to unlock your phone so that you can switch out your SIM card, it's no problem. There are just a few requirements to be aware of:
  • The phone must be an Xfinity Mobile device.
  • The phone must not be reported lost, stolen, or involved with fraudulent activity.
  • The phone must be paid in full prior to requesting the device unlock. If your device is on a Device Payment Plan, it is ineligible for unlocking.
  • The phone cannot be active on another Xfinity Mobile customer's account. If the phone previously was active on another Xfinity Mobile customer's account, it must be paid for in full.
  • You must have completed and paid for at least one full billing cycle of Xfinity Mobile service since purchasing the phone.
  • A minimum of 60 days must have passed since you activated the phone.
  • Your Xfinity Mobile account must be in good standing.
  • The device must have been purchased on the account of the authenticated customer who is requesting the unlock.
