I think you get one ram slot with some ram soldered to the board depending on configuration.
Please note that price is showing only for exact configuration above. Not sure if it is a glitch. I played around few options adding/removing add on configurations and finally got this price

I did actually purchase and e15 Gen-3 Recently and am quite happy with it.
One Slot is Soldered, So may want to pay for 16GB so it starts with 8x8 as mine did.
If it starts with 4x4, not great for upgrade.
If it starts with 8x1, not best for memory performance.
It's only a $44 upgrade so go for it.
I actually specifically targeted deals for on the e15, because I still like mouse buttons which are rare.
My model also has the 300 NIT screen, so cannot comment on the 250nit one as configured here.

Do you happen to know the difference between gen 2 and gen 3? Is that processor thing or laptop related?
So in short, I suspect as far as overall general laptop characteristics ...it should be very similar and I like mine. (Case, keyboard, mousepad, etcc....)
I can vouch for the 300NIT screen as being nice in my opinion which came by default in my SKU. So I can't speak for the 220 or 250 versions.
After I add it to the cart, it says "Ships in 4+ months". No, thank you Lenovo!
Imagine Black Friday hasn't even officially started yet and they have such back-logs in production!

While I saw it, before order is placed, it is showing as 2+ months. As I was not in hurry, I placed the order

I ordered a Latitude 5410 back in June that had a ship date in mid-September. It was cancelled in late August for lack of parts. Re-ordered a Latitude 3420 on Sept 1st and finally received that two weeks ago. Original ship date was December 13th. I received a "your order shipped early" e-mail and couldn't believe it. Back in 2019, we were able to order pretty much anything and have it within two weeks. Now I'm happy just to get anything under six months.
