Chances any of these digital or are digital Nintendo game sales rare for AAA games? I'm new to the Switch world - just got an OLED model and it's my first Nintendo console since the Super Nintendo haha.

You can take a look at dekudeals. It's a price tracker for games for digital and physical.
I bought it for this price. Sounded like a good game as I love time travel elements. Heard a lot of issues about play stuttering but also some saying it got better. If it did, I cannot imagine how bad it was before. Framerate is terrible. Needed to restart the entire system frequently to improve performance.
Concept sounds neat but I got 2 hours in and haven't picked it up since. It was just too frustrating.

You're right. I definitely don't recommend it on Switch. I was stoked for this game but I have no idea how it made it to production. Any quality control / bug tester should've shelved this game. Some of the boss mechanics just don't work - aka the first boss where you have to use time travel mechanics to exploit their weakness. Maybe this was patched but just flat out did not work on launch.
Secondly, and most importantly, the game relies on RNG battles... this would be awesome except for the fact that each start and exit of battles takes upwards of 15 seconds.
I grew up on NES/SNES JRPG style games... and this game had me so excited but broke my heart...

Thanks for this, I was debating buying that game. Looks like a great addition for only $15.
