I just got the Fire HD 10 plus today and I've already gotten it set up exactly how I use it on my phone - which is a Samsung. There is a tool called Fire Toolbox that does everything for you to make this as stock as possible. I'm really happy with it.

Personally due to bloatware I would chose the samsung galaxy tab... the fires come with adware...an it cannot be deleted.

I just spoke with samsung via chat about this, its the tab a 8.0 2019 model 32gb. I just talked to a rep yesterday about it

edit: i forgot this was best buy we were talking about. but samsung listed a trade in as Tab A 8.0 new as well, i inquired what the new meant, samsung said the tab a 8.0 32gb model was the same as the tab 8.0 new, so im guessing bestbuy recognizes it the same way

I was asking about the Samsung website not Best buy. There are a lot of different Galaxy Tab A models so I don't want to risk sending in the wrong one. I've heard it's not a good experience. Thanks for the info though.

amazon is very limiting. some apps cannot be installed or simply incompatible.
