1599 for me with washer gas dryer and two pedestals in Platinum. also shows $300 in gift cards with my order. Totaltech member here as well

if I remove pedestals I get $1318 and still get $300 gift cards...hmmmmm

Uhh I see 1420 washer dryer two Pedestals but I have electric dryer not gas? Not sure if there's a price difference.

First time buyer here. Reading all bad things about Samsung and LG. Then I start reading about other brands like Electrolux and Whirlpool and don't see the best reviews either. Is there a general consensus of a "decent" brand? Researched Speed Queen, not interested. Going with front load and plan on leaving door open to avoid mold/smells.

So with any product you will have a certain percentage of bad reviews due to manufacturing defects. The reviews you should be focusing on is how well it washes the clothes and how durable the machines are and of course price. I had an LG washer for 10 years and broke down on me, I'd say i got my mileage worth so I bought another LG.
