Best Buy [bestbuy.com] has Shark - Steam and Scrub All-in-One Scrubbing and Sanitizing Hard Floor Steam Mop S7001 on sale for $119.99. Been waiting for this model to go on sale and this is one of the best price ever.
*Update 1* Amazon and Target has price matched this deal:
*Update 2* Walmart now has the S7000 model back on sale for $99. The main difference between the two is that S7000 only has 2 cleaning modes (Light and Normal), while S7001 has 3 cleaning modes (Light, Normal, and Deep Cleaning). The S7001 also has a front LED light to see the cleaning surface better.

Some additional tips: I personally have been wanting to buy a steam mop for a long time so I did a lot of research. First of all you cannot expect these steam mop to do heavy duty cleaning like those crazy pressure washer you see on the street cleaning. However, they provide quick and easy cleaning for most general applications. You should also still keep a manual mop in your house for when deep cleaning is really needed. With this knowledge in hand, I would say for most people the cheaper version should suffice. If you can splurge an extra $20 then you should as the deep cleaning mode from S7001 is good for spot cleaning purposes.
