FYI - if you're going for professional monitoring, you might as well look for Ring Alarm Pro.

Professional Monitoring is now only available on Ring Protect Pro plans at $20 a month or $200 a year. Up to a few months ago, it was part of Professional Plus which costs $10 a month or $100 a year.

Protect Pro now includes additional features such as internet backup but only works with Ring Alarm Pro base station, which also includes a built-in eero 6 router.
