That's not Sriacha at all.
This is not sriracha, but it is quite good. It's pretty versatile, a bit spicier than sriracha. It does have some tartness in a addition to the heat. I always have several hot sauces in the fridge (sriracha, gochujang, Frank's, a jalapeño based sauce, Cholula, scotch bonnet, and misc) and have been reaching for this quite often since someone bought a bottle for me. Definitely better than I expected.
