Very good price. I still have about half of my current 14 oz cayenne pepper.

And yet a tiny bottle of McCormick cayenne pepper is almost $6 at the grocery store. Weird.

Mccormick stuff in stores is expensive as heck for the tiny containers.

Why not link directly to CR, who conducted the study in the first place: https://www.consumerreports.org/f...ead/#tests

Cayenne paper was not one of the items included in the study, but Mccormick got `some concern` rating for Paprika.

A lot of times what they consider "some concern" is basically naturally occurring, there's nothing you can do about that outside of having grown on soil that has never had a any kind of farming on it what's so ever. But a lot of times these metals can come from the machines that produce them. That's why it's important for companies to do double batch testing before and after manufacturing. In which case most companies don't go that far for these tests since they are time consuming and cost a lot of money and time is money.
