I love these. Way better than my c by GEs. App is easy for use and Google app is pretty compliant with it as well.

What is the difference in these vs say the 4 pack of Philips Hue for $100

I'd say reliability I have Feit and when they work, they are fine. Probably a lot more reliable if you use the Feit app and not Alexa or Google Home.

Also, if the Wi-Fi goes out, the Philips won't turn on automatically when internet is back online.

Finally, I'm going to assume the Philips will work w/ Zigbee devices while the Feit doesn't have that.

These are available in most warehouses in a 2-pack for $10. I picked up 4 packs (8 bulbs) at the Warminster, PA warehouse 2 days ago...they had plenty of them in stock. So far I love them. Using them with the Smart Life app and Alexa on my Echo Dots. One of my sole reasons for wanting these was to use at least one or two as wake lights. With an Alexa routine this was easily set up and it actually works. I believe Google Assistant has similar funtionality. Also, the 'fade effect' in the Smart Home app give these a nice Christmas season effect fading from one color to the next if you want to just have a bulb or two dedicated for that purpose. I'm even getting a kick out of the fact they go from warm white to stark daylight color temperature when using as white bulbs. Honestly, I never really saw the purpose of color changing bulbs, but now that I have them I can't do without them.

22 yr estimated lifespan/3 yr warranty on these bulbs from Feit (who I've found very good in replacing bulbs under warranty in the past). Costco's liberal return policy too.

Yeah, these Feit bulbs use WiFi. Also you can set the default power-on action with Zigbee Hue bulbs (default/on/off/restore) at least when using Zigbee2MQTT (perhaps others as well). Too bad these Feit bulbs can't be flashed with Tasmota anymore.

The lights are OK. They did update the firmware so when you lose power and they come back on, you don't end up having a seizure with it flashing.
The colors are not very accurate outside of the regular cool and warm white. I have 1 bulb that doesn't change properly too. I'm kinda sorta disappointed with them as far as quality but they do function. Oh, and they're not very bright (at least for what I thought they would be).
