T-mobile has the 40mm SE for $99 and the 44mm for $149 when you add a Watch line. These devices have the red ring around the crown indicating that they are cellular devices and not just Bluetooth. They can make calls and function when they are away from the phone.
Data plans start at $10 a month with autopay and $15 without.

This is with bill credits. If you were planning on paying for the data plan for two years, this might be worth it, but personally I would want the cellular model for the emergency calling and the possibility to add data later.
