Perks at Work (perksatwork dot com) is a website working with many larger US employers to provide Employee Pricing and point benefits to corporate employees. You can go to the site and check whether your employer is participating.
I just ordered a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic LTE - $233 with trade in. Receiving (x30) 6,983 points valued at 100 points/US$ = $69 additional discount. Points are redeemable by using link on the site and use drop down to tell them how many points (example using 10,000 points for $100 credit) and what credit card you will use. After you made the purchase, they credit the $100 to your card in about 3 weeks. If you return item, credit is pulled back and redeposit as points.
See sample of point redemption below.

I have 80k points in my PAW but never figure out how to best use it. Any idea?
When you want to "burn them" before clicking the link to get the offer you have to say you want to burn them(allocate) and then it will use them the next time it register's a purchase. It's not worth using though when your trying to max your points. For instance I'll buy things for 30x at samsung/hp/dell and crap. Then turn around and use them at bestbuy(best buy has an actual store inside of PAW). Because best buy's 3x return is meh but I can get hard drives for cheap.

You can buy any product using the points, you need toj allocate the points before buying. Your credit card will be charged initially but the amount will be credited back to your account for the amount of wow points you allocated back to your credit card in 10 to 15 days. In your case 80k points equal to $800

Yeah I'm thinking of getting the best buy gift cards perhaps. Does the store inside PAW have the same pricing as the actual best buy store?

It depends like if they are running an amazingly good sale on the actual site. Sometimes you won't see those prices on PAW. Like when easystores used to go on super sale for black friday you'd not always see the price(at least immediately) it would take a day or two.
