Thanks OP
I have the Ryobi one with some Ryobi tools, and am starting to build up my DeWalt collection. Having a hard time justifying the upgrade for the nailer though, the Ryobi one works great. If you only have Dewalt batteries then obviously you get the Dewalt
Depends on how often you would use it honestly. It is incredibly handy to not have to run an air hose through my house for trim, and whatever else I might need it for. But if you only use it a couple times a year, meh, not really worth it.

Depends how you use it. Installing trim it's awesome not having to lug around a compressor and hose. But it is huge compared to my 18ga Hitachi air nailer. For tight spaces and furniture I still have to keep that one around.
I have the RIDGID version of this tool and would say yes. Between the inflator and this, haven't needed my compressor in almost a year.
While lots more money it is so nice not to have to go grab a hose and compressor at times.
