I've been trying to look for a baby monitor and Miku was one of the ones I was thinking about. I also was looking at Nanit, Hubble, and Cubo Ai. Did you pick this one over others for a reason? I'm just trying to narrow down my choices.

Does Miku have an option for a floor stand? I like the bird's eye view option but a wall mount will not work for us.

You're much better off getting something like a Eufy camera for $40 and then an Android tablet specifically just for watching it, that's what I did with my five-month-old. It's fantastic and 1/3 of the price of a specialized monitor like this. This is just another way for companies to overcharge parents.

The one draw to this is you can hear the baby in real time through the app (even when the phone is off) similar to how you would through a baby monitor. I agree it's pricey...

I'm unsure if Miku has a floor stand. But what I was most drawn to was the lack of a wearable needed to track activity

I know you had FSA money to use but you can also look at the Cubo Ai, it's currently $219 with their Black Friday pricing and coupon used. It comes with 3 different 'stands' and seems really nice, the aesthetics of it is nice too. It is $159 if you don't want all 3 stands and just want a wall mount.

The Cubo Ai doesn't track breathing though, but it monitors if baby's face is covered.

Thanks for the link. I ended up going with the Cubo Ai, adding a floor stand to the cost of the Miku makes it kind of expensive. The Cubo Ai has a 45 day return window so I'll look at more reviews on the different baby monitors in the next 2 days before all of the sales are over to see if I change my mind on them.

Looks like the floor stand is free right now in addition to $100 off
