I was surprised how easy it was to use, but you really do need to measure with a scale and make sure you have the right measurements to get it to come out good. I only used egg, flour and water but I read semolina and other flours will taste a bit better. Still experimenting with it.

I don't think it's that hard. I find that letting it set up makes it easier to clean though. The dough just pops out when its dry vs wet.
