I went to samsung.com to buy a on sale earbud case for $12.50 Product page said $12.50. When I checked out it wanted $24.99. So I call CS and she says buy it at full price, then after it ships, call for price adjust, gave a phone number. Said easy, gave her info too. I'm like thinking, HMM, pay full first? Curiositly killed the cat. I did it. So I call back after it shipped and 2 calls and 1 transfer later (talked to 4 people total, overseas), and 40 min later, I'm getting fed up. So I tell him, hey, It's been an hour and I can't spend much more time getting a $12.50 price adjustment and added that I didn't mean it personally. He got suddenly extra nice, said he'd take care of it, and needed to put me on hold. He said he never takes things personally and thanked me for my sensitivity. I was like 'hmm' again. He put me on hold. I had a funny feeling he was going to hang up. I used the internet for 25 min more watching the phone be on hold, then hung up. I'm put a 'Refused shipping' note on the door for that order, which is arriving tomorrow.

I order on subway.com, paying for the order with my paypal. I go down there and they are closed. I see them cleaning up. I'm waving them to come to door. They are ignoring me and looking at me like I'm some rando. Finally one comes to door and I say I paid for an order online, why you closed? She's just says, "it's not my fault" and tries to dismiss me. I say, can't you take my number and have this straighten up. She's just says 'it's not my fault' again. She's putting on fake 'threatened' body language because I'm 6'2" and strong. I hate that. So, I try to contact store next day a few times. They never answer their phone. I try online. Spell out whole thing with screenshots and everything. I get a subway email back that completely does not acknowledge the problem and asks me to fill out the a survey. Online, I fill out paypal forms to get money back. Full screenshots, well written page on the problem. They send me something saying Subway has 4(?) days to respond. I'm thinking, subway going down. Subway probably not going to respond even. Then I get a canned email from paypal saying that transaction is not covered. Whatever that means. The world is going crazy. Something like this happens to me once or twice a year now.
I've asked, is it me? too many times. The results are in, It's them. No one has any work ethic anymore.
