The model number listed on BJ's website is B08XVYZ1Y5, which is the not the new MAX version. And going by the list price of 49.99, BJ's probably has the wrong description.

Correct. Bj's specs for this model number says max resolution as 1080. clearly, this is some human mistake of titling it s Max model

Was told the item is not returnable when I tried to return it at BJs even when telling them they sent the wrong item. The 4k max did not arrive by mail and it was the regular 4k. Total bs. Don't want to do a chargeback if I don't have to. I payed by Paypal. Is anyone having trouble returning, or know of a way for refund through Paypal?
