Also, I have had a few problems with my last few Amazon orders being opened and items removed. One was candy bars (3 were missing) and the second was with packaged snacks (8 were missing). I wrote to Amazon and they blamed it on delivery people somewhere in the delivery process. I'm not so sure on that one, but I gave them a suggestion: they shouldn't just slap a label on a box of candy bars and send it. This allows the "delivery people" to know what is inside and encourages pilferage. I know it involves more time in the shipping and handling, but might help. I didn't hear back from Amazon and nothing was suggest to me by Customer Service on the missing items.
This made me laugh. Thanks for that!

Don't send Amazon email with order issues. Do online chat or call them an complain. I always do online chat by Googlng "Amazon online chat". They will be more helpful to solve your order issues.
A I recall, when there were missing items fom multiple itms listed like your case, I did online chat with Amazon and CS gave me full refund and told me to keep the ones I received.
Honestly, this has not happened to me often, but twice in the last few deliveries might be a trend?

You could return as "item not described" or you could hang up the CS and try another CS through online chat. The missing items may have been small, but still, you didn't receive what was promised or you agreed to pay for.
Agreed. Malteasers for life.
