Their jackets and vests run big so I'd recommend sizing down. I've owned the poly vest and the poly jacket for about a year. 5'10" 190 -- 200 lb athletic build. They run about half a size too large. I bought the vest in a medium and it is about perfect but the jacket in a large, which is what I usually wear in many other brands, and it is a bit baggy. I've had zero issues with durability but primarily using around town as opposed to hiking. The jacket is good to about 40 degrees for walking if you just have a thin shirt on underneath. With a sweatshirt it would be good to about 25 if you're moving. The vest is great for those 50 to 60 degree evenings. I live in Seattle and tend to use both the jacket and the vest three seasons out of the year. I do like the vest because for nights that it's not too cold since it adds a bit of warmth and having a couple of extra pockets is nice. The vest would be good for cooler days as well if you have a sweatshirt on underneath. I also own the thicker poly jacket and I'd say the fit on that is about a half a size too large as well. That one is quite warm and good to 15 to 20 degrees with a sweatshirt on underneath. On an aside, I own several of their short and long sleeve shirts and they have held up really well to working out and washing/drying. Also the tech fleece jogger is really nice and fits true to size.
Summary: jackets and vests run 1/2 size too large. Shirts and pants run true to size. The exception to the shirts is that the hooded t-shirt runs about a 1/4 to a 1/2 size too large.
