They were charging me shipping (see below) so I did ship to store instead. So glad they did this, husband was getting ready to call and do a price a match using Costco but this is cheaper!

Online, no, unless you have a friend/family member who will buy it for you and you just refund them.

In Store, yes, if you are accompanied by service member/vet/family member.

In both situations, the service member or family member must do the purchase.

Oof.. that's one thing I hated when my husband was on I&I, being so far from a military base. When he retired that was what we put on our list, being close to a military base, military hospital and VA hospital.
