I had these for my upnorth property, we would get power flicker and cameras would not come back live unless I physically went up there and powered of and on the camera. Finally one camera quit totally responding would not connect. Customer service was no help via chat, phone call was, no lie, over an hour on hold. Then they constant try and blame your internet. After 2 hours I just returned them to Costco. Went with the Wyze cam. No problem ever since, you can manually turn off and on the cam to reset from the app if needed. And card slot for recording or just a small annual fee for cloud. The 1080 on both these cameras is pretty shotty with motion and if you need distance forget about it zoomed is blurry on people or details. Great for dog monitoring, or to make sure the interior cabin heat stays on or no water breaks. Love the Wyze but these camera are limited detail.
