This is a great deal! Much better than the pricing being offered by Bitdefender onsite or in their Black Friday email.

I think I may have a problem. My subscription was already extended until December of 2024 and I just purchased another 2 years, just because this was a great deal.

it'll run concurrently unless you choose to activate when the existing ends.
sometimes you get lucky in chat... but once you've activated, they tend to be less accommodating.

AV Comparatives and PCMag consistently rate this and Kaspersky at the top for AV,
ESET is decent - have used it as well - however detection rates are lower, it is less resource-intensive, although that can be tweaked in Bitdefender or Kaspersky as well.

Have heard Windows built in security software has gotten much better. Anyone switch to using just that? Trying to decide if to renew this. Wondering about less of an impact on the PC if using software built into the OS.
