I guess you get a better CPU but a worse sound system? But then you also pay less and get a second-year warranty from Costco.

I believe the ram is on board and not upgradeable
You have one extra slot for m.2 and Ram is not upgradeable
Forget about gaming on this. Get a gaming laptop if you into gaming on laptop

You can request a price adjustment from them. If you bought it online, it's super easy. They have a dedicated link where you supply the order info and they'll process the credit.
