For what it's worth I've been dealing with muck boots on a warranty issue for 3 months. Got a pair that absolutely fell apart. Much said they didn't have the same ones in stock and had me pick another model. So I did… they said it would be a month. I went and bought another pair thinking they were sending the ones they said they were… thought I'd end up with a regular pair and an insulated pair.
Well 3 months later they said the one that were supposed to ship were out, never shipped. I tried to get them to send another insulated pair, nope, they said my original ones were back in stock and they were sending those.
So now I have 2 pairs of summer boots, no winter boots. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and still no shipping notice on those yet either!
They ship their warranty boots from China so it take a month even if they ship immediately.
I'm done with them. Glad I bought another brand to replace those first one. If I ever get my replacement ones I'll probably sell those and buy some insulated ones.
Sadly they are now made in China and the quality is poor. Likely another buyout and now all about the cheapest build.
I think when Honeywell bought Muck, they sent manufacturing overseas. They were recently bought by Rocky Brands, I'm hoping the quality turns up as well.
