Argh! The Smoke 2 probe thermometer was on sale a week ago at 30% off and the website had text saying "this price won't be seen again until black Friday."

So I waited to buy it to see what else would be on sale for black Friday... And it's at the normal price of $100!

It's weird, I have had like 3 or 4 Thermo Pops go through my house, they seem to keep dying. The current ones I have sometimes just don't work. But I own like 5 other Thermoworks products and they are all fantastic. So much so, I just put in an order for a few more.

I own a Meater / block and also a Thermapen and Smoke. Meater was a neat toy that never really worked for me. I buy Thermoworks products for myself and family - top notch / professional grade.

They both have their place.

I love our Meater Block, especially on the rotisserie, which is where the wireless part obviously shines.

The Thermapen is great for spot-checking meats to make sure you've reached a safe internal temperature before consuming.

Thanks OP. Going in for the signals + billows. Going to return the meater+ it works pretty good but 100% reliant on the app plus I was getting different internal temps compared to my thermapen which I trust way more.
