Enroll in AutoPay and make a $50 payment.
Pay activ. fee $15/line for AT&T retail store and in-home expert activations. (No $15 activation fee for online purchase.)
Pay any applicable taxes.

Important Notes:

After AutoPay enrollment, receive $25 AutoPay discount on monthly plan charge.
Unlimited Plus Plan good for 30 days upon payment of applicable plan charge. Data: Includes unlimited high-speed data usage in the U.S., Mexico & Canada.
Data Restriction: After 22GB of data usage on a line in a bill cycle, for the remainder of the cycle AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds on that line when the network is busy. See att.com/broadbandinfo for details.
Video Streaming: Plan includes Stream Saver feature which allows you to stream higher definition video in Standard Definition. Details at att.com/streamsaver.
