I brew it hot, chill and also freeze as ice cubes. When I want iced chocolate, I brew a strong batch, stick it in the fridge overnight and the next morning add the frozen cubes to keep it cold. Cold brewing helps with acid and bitterness when it comes to coffee. That isn't a problem with this product.
